✫ Beach gear like chairs and a wagon are available and shared with Unit #2 — first come, first served.
✫ You'll receive a starter supply of essentials (toiletries, paper goods, coffee/creamer) to get you settled in.

✫ There are 3 units on the property: Unit #1 (your space), Unit #2 (rear short-term rental), and Unit #3 (owner-occupied upstairs). The owners are friendly and respectful, but you may hear occasional footsteps from above.
